  • Somatic therapy is a collaborative process of understanding and changing the patterns shaping your emotional life, relationships, and nervous system responses. My role is to help guide, support, and facilitate that process with curiosity, honesty, and care.

Couples Therapy

Working with couples and dyadic relationships is my specialty. 

My approach integrates Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), helping couples better understand their relational patterns, strengthen emotional connection, and develop more secure ways of relating.

INDIVIDUAL Therapy

I also offer individual somatic therapy.

Drawing from Formative Psychology and attachment-based approaches, I help individuals better understand the emotional and nervous system patterns shaping their lives and relationships, creating space for greater self-awareness, regulation, and connection.

What is somatic therapy?

Somatic psychotherapy is a body-based approach that helps people understand and change the emotional and physiological patterns driving conflict, disconnection, anxiety, shutdown, and relational distress.

While insight can be important, lasting change often requires working with the nervous system—not just thoughts alone.
