Individual somatic therapy

You may feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually—but still can’t change.
Somatic therapy can help.

I specialize in helping individual adults better understand themselves, their emotional patterns, and the ways they relate to others.

Through somatic therapy, we work with the connection between the nervous system, emotions, relationships, and the body’s stress responses. This approach can support people who are experiencing:

  • anxiety or chronic overwhelm

  • perfectionism and self-criticism

  • emotional or relational trauma

  • difficulty with identity or self-trust

  • relationship struggles or attachment patterns

  • emotional shutdown, disconnection, or reactivity

  • discovering or navigating neurodivergence in adulthood

Many people come to therapy already understanding themselves intellectually, but still feel stuck in the same emotional reactions, relationship dynamics, or nervous system responses.

  • If you’re looking for individual therapy that goes beyond insight alone and helps you create a more connected relationship with yourself and others, I invite you to reach out.

What makes somatic psychotherapy different?

Somatic therapy helps bridge the gap in talk therapy by working not only with thoughts and insight, but also with the body’s automatic patterns of protection, stress, and emotional regulation.

In our work together, we focus on helping you:

  • develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself

  • better understand your emotional and relational patterns

  • increase nervous system regulation and emotional awareness

  • build stronger boundaries and relational skills

  • feel more grounded, connected, and present in your daily life

My approach integrates somatic therapy, attachment-focused work, and relational psychotherapy to support deeper and more sustainable change over time.

I offer 50-minute sessions on a weekly basis for individual therapy.
