A relationship with yourself is one that you will have for your entire life - why not make it a satisfying one?
I specialize in supporting individual adults with managing their relationship to themselves and others. Often, this looks like learning how to manage anxiety, growing a more compassionate relationship to oneself, developing a more integrated sense of identity, and recovering from attachment or relationally-based childhood trauma, otherwise known as C-PTSD.
I will work with you on a one-on-one basis to support you with growing a closer relationship to yourself, as well as grow any inter-relational skills you want to develop, using a somatic-emotional exercise and the relational depth of the therapeutic container. Growing the capacity to deeply know and influence yourself, and to deepen your relationships, is helpful when supported by a somatic therapist in individual therapy.
